1. Your Name, Address, a contact phone number and (ideally) an email address
2. What date(s) that you wish to fish
3. Duration:-
   • Full Day (09:30 to 17:00)
   • Half Day: either (09:30 - 13:00) OR (14:00 to 17:30)
   • Evening Trip: 18:30 to 21:00
4. Whether you want to charter the boat completely OR number of seats
