Homing Pigeons
Possibly not what you expected here, but we do get homing pigeons alighting on deck at times. This one was exhausted. so we fed it and gave it water. It stayed in the boat all the way home to Kinsale. Even then it remained so we put it in an open box with cloths for bedding and left it for the night. It was gone in the morning.
